OUR HIRING PROCESS
All driver candidates are interviewed and assesses with an important question in mind:
"Would I trust this person behind the wheel of my own personal vehicle?" If the answer is "no," then we aren't placing them behind the wheel of yours.
We conduct the most rigorous background checks in the industry for all driving candidates, including:
- Criminal background check including vulnerable sector checks (once a year)
- Pedophile search (every 3 months)
- Driver license check - Driver abstract check (once a year)
- Drivers medical required to drive the public (once a year)
Any potential driver whose background check reveals the following WILL NOT BE considered:
- Sex offenses
- DUI's in the past 5 years
- 2+ moving violations in the past 3 years
- Any accidents in the past 3 years

We have drivers with backgrounds in chauffeuring, public service, and public transportation our candidates who hold a higher class Driver's
License (D, B, AZ), we only choose these drivers with demonstrated driving experience.
In addition to a $2 million commercial insurance umbrella policy held by URDD (UR Designated Driving Service), all of our drivers must provide proof of insurance at all times. We actively monitor our drivers'personal insurance statuses and remind them of renewal.
